Moffat Farmers Market |
| Moffat Farmers Market is always on the 2nd Sunday of every month. Well worth a visit to the35 plus trade stalls selling everything from home made pies to local Whiskies, gins, meats, crafts and everything in between. |

| Spot the garden trail is 16th & 17th of August. Our own Walking Festival is 26th-28th of September. Book early for one of the organised trails with experienced guides. Set in and around Moffat. We have a HalloweenSpooky walk on 31st of October. Christmas Lights festival and Market is 30th of November for those last minute locally made presents. |

| Moffat Gala Week is 14th - 19th of July this year. A full week of events. There is a mass garage sale on 27th of July. Come alomg and pick up a bargain and get to wander around the lovely town of Moffat into the bargain. |

| The Moffat Classic Car Show is 28th &29th of June. If you are a lover of Classic Cars then this a must for you. There is a road run of around 35 miles on the Saturday then the show proper on the Sunday. Entries usually hit around 900 cars. |

| Moffat Beer festival is 31st of May at the Rugby club. Buy a ticket and enjoy local beers at a cut price. Live music and a hog roast complements the beers. Midsomer Market is 21st of June. Plenty of local products to tempt you. |

| We have a full schedule of events coming up in Moffat this year. Here are just a few of the main attractions coming your way when you stay with us. The Moffat Rammy 4th, 5th,6th of April. This is a weekend of music in and around the Pubs and Hotels of Moffat. Bring your guitars, violins, ukeleles etc and join in. The Duck Race is 25th of May. Buy a rubber duck and watch as they race down the river. Hopefully you will back a winner! |
A bit of re-decorating |
| We have been busy over the winter months and have been refreshing rooms etc. The main one being our 1st floor room 3 which has been totally revamped with a new colour theme. Hve a look at the room pictures to see the change. |

New twin room configuration |
| As well as being our new pet room, Room 1 has now got the option of being booked as either a Super-king bed or a twin beds room. Again due to requests for a ground floor twin which we could not offer previously. |
New pet room |
| After much thought and increasing requests for pet friendly rooms, we have decided to make our remaining ground floor room dual-use as a normal room and also as a pet friendly room. It now has a lino floor and has been made larger by removing a big wardrobe. So we now have space for the larger doggy!! We are hoping that this will go down well next year with our doggy visitors and travelers alike. |
2023 Prices |
| 2023 prices will be going up unfortunately due to rising wholesale costs. A double or Twin occupancy will be £90 when booked directly. A single occupancy will be £75 when booked directly. All with breakfast. |
New pet room 2 |
| After much upheaval and planning, we now have a revamped and improved pet room for our doggy visitors. We have added a new door to the outside so late night and early morning walkies will be easier. Also a new ensuite with larger walk in shower. Now ready for booking . |

New 2022 Rates |
| Hi all, After much deliberation, we have had to take the decision to increase our nightly rates next year by a small amount. This is due to ever rising costs all round and the only way we can hope to keep going. So, as of January, our Double room nightly rate will be £80 and a single occupancy will be £65.As always, this price is for direct bookings. This still includes Dawnies special breakfast! We will also be making a small charge for dogs as, up to now, we have never charged. This will be £5 per night regardless of how many dogs visiting. Our main pet room is having a major make-over and will be even better for our doggy guests, plus we are making our other ground floor room pet friendly when required. At the moment we are one of the only pet-friendly B&Bs in town. Everyone knows we love having our canine friends to stay. (After 4 years of trying, Dawn has finally ground me down and we will be looking for one of our own next year!!) All the best to our guests old and new.
